Return Policy - Organic Nest
Return Policy:
- We do not except returns on Furniture, Mattresses , Foundations, Bedding (including pillows), Multiple Qty Orders, Special Ordered and Custom Orders, Monogrammed items, Body Care or Sale items. As they are deemed a Final sale. Unless item has been deemed defective at time of delivery.
- If item is returnable, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items that can be returned or exchanged must be received within 10-days of the purchase date. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
- All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in their original packaging and accompanied with the original copy of the sales receipt.
- Please contact support@allorganichome.com for return requests and we will send you instructions. We will assign a (RA) return authorization tag number. Please note, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization tag number.
