Shipping Information:

• FREE Standard Shipping for all USA Orders!
• Your product will ship within 1 to 2 Business Days.

Returns Information:

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Information:

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty Terms: 3 years non-prorated.

Issues covered:

• Defective stitching
• Clumping of filling
• Excessive loss of loft

Issues Not Covered:

• Any product with stains, soiling or burns, odors, piling of fabric from washing
• Piling of fabric from washing
• Wool pillows that have been washed
• Shrinking of materials
• Other possibilities not listed in this warranty

In order for your warranty to be valid you must:

• Be the original purchaser and have purchased your Mother Sheep Organics product from Mother Sheep Organics or from an authorized reseller (like All Organic Home).
• Provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Mother Sheep Organics reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value or at our option, provide a refund.
