If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Scenstsual Eye Pillow or if the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us at support@allorganichome.com within 7 days of receipt of product as indicated by delivery tracking and we will send you return instructions.
Warranty Information:
There is a 1 year guarantee on seams and the hook and loop closure. If through normal wear and usage, your eye pillow should “leak” Scentsual Eye Pillows will gladly replace it for you. (Returns will not be accepted nor credits issued without prior authorization. In addition, this guarantee does not cover inappropriate use or abuse of products.)
