• Returns for all items will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date (items are invoiced as of the shipping date). Returned merchandise must be in new saleable condition and include the original packaging. It is against US Federal Regulations for us to resell certain bedding items once used by a customer. Because of this regulation, special ordered items, most linens, furniture, mattresses, or items returned because of personal reasons (buyers remorse) will incur a restock fee of up to 25% if returned. We will always work with you to find a fair solution.

Mattress Warranty

20 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of this mattress. This article is guaranteed against defects in materials (other than covering materials) and workmanship for 20 years – 10 years nonpro-rated and 10 years pro-rated. Should this article fail to meet the provisions of this guarantee, the purchaser may return it to the original vendor or the factory at the purchaser’s expense and the guarantor will either repair or replace the article at guarantor’s option at a price equal to 1/5 of the current price, whichever is applicable to the warranty period corresponding to the product purchased, times the number of years of service, should the product have been in service beyond the non-prorated period. Should the article fail to meet the provisions of the guarantee during the non-pro-rated period, all of the previously stated provisions apply, except that the repair or replacement will be done at no charge to the purchaser. In either case, repaired or replaced article shall be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.

1. The start date of this warranty is the original purchase date of the article.
2. This warranty is effective whether the mattress is purchased separately or with a matching foundation, however, use of an improper foundation may void the warranty.
3. The purchaser understands that any foundation used for this mattress must be supported by at least six bed slats on a cross-based frame. A frame must have a minimum of four legs, glides, or rollers on twin and full size, five on queens, and six on kings.
4. Warranty is void if the article (and /or foundation for mattresses) has been burned, damaged, stained, made unsanitary, or otherwise abused.
5. “Too hard or too soft” is a judgment not warranted. Purchaser has 30 days from the original purchase date to seek a resolution for this issue. This process is governed by the return policy and not this warranty.
6. Upon inspection, any article found to be in an unsanitary or purposely abused condition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty will be considered null and void.
7. The manufacture reserves the right to void this warranty if it is evident that the purchaser has attempted “repairs” or alterations that have impeded the manufacturer’s ability to repair the article.
8. Warranty is void if any labels are removed.
9. Shipping and/ or freight cost to and from the factory will be at purchaser’s expense.
10. Repair or replacement is at the option of the manufacturer.
11. Proof of original purchase must be verified with sales receipt.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of this article. This article is guaranteed against defects in materials (other than covering materials) and workmanship for 1 year. Should this article fail to meet the provisions of this guarantee, the purchaser may return it to the original vendor or the factory at the purchaser’s expense and the guarantor will either repair or replace the article at guarantor’s option. In either case, repaired or replaced article shall be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.

1. The start date of this warranty is the original purchase date of the article.
2. This warranty is effective whether the article is purchased separately or with a protective addition, such as a cover or protector if applicable.
3. Warranty is void if the article has been burned, damaged, stained, made unsanitary, or otherwise abused.
4. “Too hard or too soft” is a judgment not warranted. Purchaser has 30 days from the original purchase date to seek a resolution for this issue. This process is governed by the return policy and not this warranty.
5. Upon inspection, any article found to be in an unsanitary or purposely abused condition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty will be considered null and void.

This article is guaranteed against defects in materials (other than covering materials) and workmanship for 5 years – 2 years non-prorated and 3 years pro-rated. Should this article fail to meet the provisions of this guarantee, the purchaser may return it to the original vendor or the factory at the purchaser’s expense and the guarantor will either repair or replace the article at guarantor’s option at a price equal to 1/5 of the current price, whichever is applicable to the warranty period corresponding to the product purchased, times the number of years of service, should the product have been in service beyond the non-prorated period. Should the article fail to meet the provisions of the guarantee during the non-pro-rated period, all of the previously stated provisions apply, except that the repair or replacement will be done at no charge to the purchaser. In either case, repaired or replaced article shall be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.

3. The purchaser understands that Bio Sleep Concept futons are not designed to be used in tri-foldable frames. Use of a tri-foldable frame (and /or system) voids this warranty.
4. Warranty is void if the article has been burned, damaged, stained, made unsanitary, or otherwise abused.
