Bio-Sleep Concept
- Returns for all items will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date (items are invoiced as of the shipping date). Returned merchandise must be in new saleable condition and include the original packaging. It is against US Federal Regulations for us to resell certain bedding items once used by a customer. Because of this regulation, special ordered items, most linens, furniture, mattresses, or items returned because of personal reasons (buyers remorse) will incur a restock fee of up to 25% if returned. We will always work with you to find a fair solution.

Earthsake
- Please note that bedding, mattresses, boxsprings & foundations are non-refundable and Furniture is not returnable or refundable. Returns for all other items will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date (items are invoiced as of the shipping date). Return merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and include the original packaging. Returns may incur a restock fee of up to 25% depending on the condition of the returned product. Postage and handling charges are not refundable for returns.
- Please note: bedding, mattresses, boxsprings & foundations are non-returnable and non-refundable, inquire into our one-time comfort exchange program. Furniture is not returnable or refundable. Wood is a natural material and can vary in color and grain. Organic Cotton, wool, and latex are natural materials that can vary in color as well. All product gurantees and return decisions for furniture, bedding, mattresses, boxsprings & foundations are made by our manufacturers/suppliers and it is best to directly contact the manufacturer found on the product's manufacturing label.

Gotcha Covered
- Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. 15% restocking fee charged for all returned items that are not considered “manufacturers defect”.
- All products must be returned in acceptable condition which includes packaging and labeling or no credit will be issued. Any used linens’ will not be returned – no exceptions – in accordance with California Health Laws.
- Exchanges (ordering wrong size, color, etc.) will incur additional shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Holy Lamb Organics
- All items (except mattresses) are returnable as long as ALL criteria below are understood and followed.
- You may return the product for any reason within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Bedding is a personal item: it must not be used or laundered to qualify for a return. "Used" is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.
- We strongly recommend keeping the item in its box and far away from any strong smelling scents including: perfume/cologne, plug-in air fresheners, strongly scented hand creams or soaps, and other perfumed body care products.
- Any product returned with a "personal odor" will be considered "used" and not be eligible for return. Thanks for remembering that we are a small company and are not able to resell bedding that has been returned "used".
- We are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding: therefore, it’s imperative that you comply with this law by not using the product in question that you wish to return. Thank you.
- You may return an unused Latex Topper wrapped in its original packaging, however, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Mother Sheep Organics
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Ogallala Comfort
At Ogallala Comfort they hand-craft each product with care to ensure our customers LOVE our products as much as we do! If you find that you are not enjoying your Ogallala Product, they will be happy to provide you with a refund within 30 days of purchase in unused condition.
- Unfortunately, bedding laws prohibit us from reselling used down, so in the event that the product is deemed used upon inspection from their returns team, it will be returned to you. If a package is opened and has signs of use, abuse, improper care or cleaning, or has been subject to incidental damages - we will NOT return the product, no matter the reason. This extends to tears in the fabric, pet or human hair, household and personal fragrance of any kind, improper laundering or otherwise altered from its original condition.
- Pillow Returns: If a pillow is being returned because you would prefer a different firmness, Ogallala has you covered! Please request the details on our Pillow Adjustment Service and be prepared to get your pillow customized just for you!
- Please note: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted and will be returned to sender without approval and a Return Authorization number.

Mulberry West
- Return authorizations will be given for defected merchandise, damaged merchandise and double shipments only. All return claims must be in writing, send to support@allorganichome.com within ten (10) days of receiving merchandise. Please specify style and size, quantity and reasons for return. Mulberry West reserves the right to determine the best course of action for all returns.
- All return claims received after 10 days of receiving merchandise will be declined for return. All returns without a valid Mulberry West label will be declined by our receiving department. Mulberry West reserves the right to either repair or replace the product as Mulberry West chooses.

Organic Design
- We accept returns of unopened and unused packages for up to 14 days after receipt of package. If all seems OK, we refund the cost of the product. The customer pays return shipping.

Pure Rest Organics
- Any non-custom item that is unopened may be returned within 90 days.
- Washed items may be returned only if defective.
- NOTE: Pillows, mattresses, stuffed items may not be returned once opened due to health laws unless defective. They arrive sealed so you can see them BEFORE you open them.
- Foundations may not be returned once opened from the packaging.
- Clothing can be returned once opened, but please do not expose to scents or anything so we can be sure they are still pure. Try them on, if not fit, put back in package immediately. Any found with scents (we test them here), will not be refunded due to unique nature of organics and purity.

Scentsual EyePillows
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Scenstsual Eye Pillow or if the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us at support@allorganichome.com within 7 days of receipt of product as indicated by delivery tracking and we will send you return instructions.
Sleep and Beyond
- Items are returnable for exchange or refund within first two weeks upon receipt of order.
- Due to hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding law regulations, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in original packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items unless product is defective.

Soaring Heart
- We cannot accept returns on bedding unless damaged or defective.
- Returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

Suite Sleep
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your original purchase price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
- We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please see our warranty page for details. We do not accept return for opened or used product. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Swaddle Design
- We will refund or replace any unused, unwashed product still in the original packaging or any defective product purchased within 30 days of purchase.
- We will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions.
- We highly recommend the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages

The Right Pillow
- We accept returns within a 99 day period from date of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Vivetique
- We want you to find the most comfortable sleep possible and Vivetique offers an exchange policy only. Vivetique does not accept returns. They do, however, offer a one-time comfort exchange within 30 days of receipt of your Vivetique products. Shipping charges will apply.
- Vivetique does not offer refunds on its products. However, we will do everything we can to help find the right product from their product line if there is an issue with comfort. A one-time comfort exchange within 30 days of receipt is available. Shipping charges will apply.

White Lotus Home
- Unused bedding can be exchanged in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. A credit will be issued for the full purchase price, or a refund can be issued minus a 20% Restocking Fee of the original item. The credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund or credit can be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
- In the case of products damaged during shipping, it is essential that you take pictures of the damaged box immediately and keep all original packaging.
