Shipping Information:

• FREE Standard Shipping for all USA Orders!
• Each pillow and pillowcase is hand-made in the USA with organic materials, just for you, and will take 2 to 4 weeks to ship

Returns Information:

• We accept returns within a 99 day period from date of purchase. 
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if you have trouble with your product? Contact us immediately! Most of the time, the issue is the pillow needs to be adjusted and customized to fit the person sleeping on it!  The Right Pillow doesn't expect YOU to adjust to the pillow, we expect the PILLOW to adjust to YOU!  That's why it's customizable- because sleep is personal.
